God has given Kelly and Adam the GIANT GIFT of time together with Charli over the last two days!
Last night Kelly said, "Loved my time with my Warrior Princess. She is growing and I can tell she feels heavier...even though it's only my 3rd time holding her. It was fun to look into her eyes as I held her. She was very alert and sweet. She is getting more milk and seems to be tolerating it very well so far. She is back on the high flow breathing device which is so nice. The other gear was so crazy and took up most of her face. It was good to see more of her today."
Today Adam said, "Well, we got to hold Charli again today!!! I guess this is the third time I’ve held her. Kelly has probably held her once or twice more than I have. That’s not very much b/c she’s 6 weeks old today! 42 days! Tomorrow she will be 31 weeks gestationally.
She is doing well. Somehow she is up to 2 pounds and 10 ounces. We don’t understand the huge weight gain. We’re a little suspicious that there was a mistake b/c her weight gain has always been in the grams (10 to 20 grams) which is not even one ounce.
Her breathing is going well. From looking at her, her skin color looks great to me. It was an encouraging visit today!"

ohmystars, look at her little hands with those long fingers! to be able to see a baby grow when she should be deep inside her mother's womb is a sight to behold! so thankful for her strong lungs, her digestive system and her amazing weight gain. so thankful for growth and encouragement and your presence, Lord!!
