The birds are singing and active in this new day. So is Charli Rease! This update from Adam made me smile this morning.
"well, i just got off the phone a few minutes ago with Charli's nurse. it is pretty funny that every nurse usually begins her summary of Charli's day by saying, "She is so feisty!" She figured out how to take her bubble cpap (breathing headgear) off. She pushes with her legs and arches her back. Tonight she took it off three times. They're changing their system to keep it on better.
her belly looks a little better, and her breathing is still doing okay. we'll know more after they do the GI exam."
Thank you, God, for the strength and healing you are giving Charli!
The Vaughans are also in need of a deep freezer if you know of someone who has one.
We are thankful for the intercessors God has raised up for this family.
Wow! Praise God for her fiesty trait - given to her directly from her Creator. We are continuing to pray for the Vaughs - for Charli, and for their loss over the past few weeks.
ReplyDeletei am laughing as i think of a tiny little two pound baby giving her nurses fits as she squirms her way to make her desires known!! it won't be long before she's got her daddy wrapped around her tiny little finger as she looks up at her daddy with her big eyes… (if she already hasn't, right??)
