Celebrating!

I was talking to God about Charli this morning as Trey and I considered these verses from Psalm 139:14-16

"For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be."

Charli invites me to praise God for being such a WONDER FULL KNITTER!

Then I got this from Adam and I praised God for good intestines that are working properly in Charli's tiny body!!!

"Charli did a big poop… we’re excited about that. She’s gained another ounce. Seems like she’s learned out to knock her breathing tube out. She’s a feisty, little thing!"

Charli's tiny frame invites us to awe today! Celebrate your Creator!!!!

  1. i am laughing over the celebration over a big poop. it is cause for celebration!! and i'm laughing because i know the Lord is going to be bringing this moment back to your memory as you are dealing with a huge blowout one day. i know it's crazy to think of poop as being a blessing… and it makes me laugh. and isn't it just like God to give us joy over a body function!!
celebrating digestion and respiration and nutrition and God's perfection!

  2. WOW. We are praying that the Lord keeps His MIGHTY hand on tiny Charli, and her family, each day.
